Very nice Tom; every time I visit Sedona I always want to spend a few hours at Cathedral Rock, one of my favorite spots to photograph. Well done with this image.

A recent trip to Red Rock Crossing after a light snowfall gave me a wonderful sight, a little of that white pixie stuff on Cathedral Rock. This beautiful red rock monolith is one of the gems that is found in Northern Arizona high desert. I ventured out West in the early 70's. After several trips to Northern Arizona with it's Majestic Skies, Red Rocks, and wide open spaces, I realized I wanted to settle here. Well, Fate came into the picture and numerous stops came along. I ventured to San Juan Islands, British Columbia, Oregon, Utah, Northern and Southern California, and even Southern Arizona. Yet , I felt unsettled looking for home to sink roots. Finally Sedona tugged hard , and I settled here in the mid 90's and rediscovered my sense of Gratitude and Enjoyment. Well I,m mostly retired now, traveling more, and have relocated in an old mining town in the Sierras; Time for change; new areas to explore. In Nature, I find that feeling of Peacefulness and Stillness. I hope...
