Product Details

Our premium yoga mats are 24" wide x 72" tall x 0.25" thick and made from natural rubber with a blended microfiber top surface.   The top of the mat has the image printed on it, and the back is solid black with textured dimples for better floor grip.

A few days back, I went on a hike with my friend David to Deer Creek in downtown Nevada City. It was a little tricky to find, but well worth it! See the Victorian California Fall Colors Tour for a guided walk of historic architecture and established trees.

In almost no time, you can be out of town on the Tribute Trail and walking in a quiet rural neighborhood near Deer Creek. For first-timers, finding the trail is a bit of a challenge and numerous sections make for some planning before heading out.

A popular route departs from the Miner’s Foundry on Spring Street in downtown Nevada City, west onto Factory Street. The road will soon curve to the left, the pavement will end and you will be on a one-lane dirt road (Wyoming Street) that parallels Deer Creek. In about 0.3 mile, the dirt road will come out onto the pavement of Old Downieville Highway which you can follow another 0.3 mile to where Champion Road goes down to your left. I ventured out West in the early 70's. After several trips to Northern Arizona with it's Majestic Skies, Red Rocks, and wide open spaces, I realized I wanted to settle here. Well, Fate came into the picture and numerous stops came along. I ventured to San Juan Islands, British Columbia, Oregon, Utah, Northern and Southern California, and even Southern Arizona. Yet , I felt unsettled looking for home to sink roots. Finally Sedona tugged hard , and I settled here in the mid 90's and rediscovered my sense of Gratitude and Enjoyment. Well I,m mostly retired now, traveling more, and have relocated in an old mining town in the Sierras; Time for change; new areas to explore. In Nature, I find that feeling of Peacefulness and Stillness. I hope...
