A couple of weeks back, I journeyed up to Crater Lake with a couple of dear friends, and got there just in time for a snow storm to chase us out! It was a short, but sweet visit before I lost all my visibility.Crater Lake (Klamath: giiwas[1]) is a crater lake in south-central Oregon in the western United States. It is the main feature of Crater Lake National Park and is famous for its deep blue color and water clarity. Well I,m mostly retired now, traveling more, and have relocated in an old mining town in the Sierras; Time for change; new areas to explore. In Nature, I find that feeling of Peacefulness and Stillness. I hope...

Beautiful and peaceful image Tom, even with the approaching snow storm! I think it made for a great exposure. I didn't quite make it to Crater Lake but it's on my list for the next time I'm in Oregon. Great shot.
