Artist's Description

A couple of weeks back I went on my first outing of 2020 with my trusty camera. It was a cold and foggy day on my outing with the Nevada County Camera Club in Gridley, California at the Gray Lodge Wildlife area. I had never been here before, but thousands of geese and over 9000 acres was very appealing.People of all ages enjoy visiting Gray Lodge. Wildlife viewing is available year round. Hunters enjoy the many species of wildlife they may take during the regulated hunting seasons. Fishing is also a highlight in the spring and summer. Educational programs, informative exhibits, a self-guided nature trail and seasonal guided tours delight thousands of visitors every year. Find out why Gray Lodge remains popular among the human and wildlife visitors alike

Well I,m mostly retired now, traveling more, and have relocated in an old mining town in the Sierras; Time for change; new areas to explore. In Nature, I find that feeling of Peacefulness and Stillness. I hope...
