Description
Summertime at the Beach is loads of fun. Playing at the ocean is one of my favorite summer treats. Although, I am not much on the rides, however the feeling of twilight, and such merriment is lots of fun to experience. As the lights fade, and the laughter gets louder, the energy picks up. In Santa Cruz, you have 11 world class surf breaks, including Pleasure Point, and Steamboat Lane. There are surf beaches for all levels of skill. Santa Cruz is a wonderful beach town on the Pacific with all sorts of activities. It is known for great beaches, Sailing, Paddle Boarding, and Kayaking, diving, walking, and biking just to name a few. The Boardwalk offers wonderful sunset photography, volleyball, a fun arcade, and tons of fun. We love to walk around this area, and up to West Cliff Drive. Right next to the Boardwalk is the Wharf, which is a nice gentle walk out onto the pier. It is home to several awesome beaches, like Lighthouse field, Natural Bridges, and Seabright. There are many sea creatures, like seals, and an occasional dolphin. Santa Cruz is located over the hill from San Jose, and is located about 2 hours south of San Francisco. The weather is mild throughout the year, with cool and wet winters, fog on most summer mornings, great campgrounds, and mostly sunny and dry summers. Santa Cruz is the county seat and the largest city in Santa Cruz County with about 60,000 folks. It is also home to the University of California, an excellent research, and educational college. Santa Cruz is a wonderful beach town, an incredible picturesque coastline, and Redwoods Forests. All in all, a wonderful time awaits you whether you are surfing, walking, or just chilling.

In the year 9195... reminds me of a song back in the late 60s (in the year 2525...) :-) and it looks like looking back on a wonderful ride on this huge ride..
