Fall in a small town of the Sierras called Nevada City. This was taken at Pioneer Park, a low-key, and vibrant park in Nevada City in California. It is no surprise that people enjoy Pioneer Park as it offers many amenities and is a welcoming place for families, friends and neighbors to congregate. The park amenities include; baseball and softball fields, large grass field, picnic & BBQ areas, horseshoes, petanque court, outdoor amphitheater, tennis courts, basketball courts, Seaman’s Lodge, playground, and a swimming pool
About Tom Kelly
I ventured out West in the early 70's. After several trips to Northern Arizona with it's Majestic Skies, Red Rocks, and wide open spaces, I realized I wanted to settle here. Well, Fate came into the picture and numerous stops came along. I ventured to San Juan Islands, British Columbia, Oregon, Utah, Northern and Southern California, and even Southern Arizona. Yet , I felt unsettled looking for home to sink roots. Finally Sedona tugged hard , and I settled here in the mid 90's and rediscovered my sense of Gratitude and Enjoyment. Well I,m mostly retired now, traveling more, and have relocated in an old mining town in the Sierras; Time for change; new areas to explore. In Nature, I find that feeling of Peacefulness and Stillness. I hope...
