Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Over the Christmas Holiday, I was visiting family in Orange County in California, and got some rain, and a Beautiful clear day at the beach. What a Day for walking barefoot in the sand, and photography. Serving as a wonderful Gateway to an sweet ocean community , Seal Beach is the perfect seaside destination to call home, visit, or locate your business. Seal Beach is named after the seals that once frequented its beachfront. Today, the city is filled with quaint neighborhoods and hometown appeal.
Wide, sandy expanses and several great surf spots make Seal Beach a favorite community among locals, and conditions are ideal for kitesurfing, windsurfing, and building sandcastles.
I ventured out West in the early 70's. After several trips to Northern Arizona with it's Majestic Skies, Red Rocks, and wide open spaces, I realized I wanted to settle here. Well, Fate came into the picture and numerous stops came along. I ventured to San Juan Islands, British Columbia, Oregon, Utah, Northern and Southern California, and even Southern Arizona. Yet , I felt unsettled looking for home to sink roots. Finally Sedona tugged hard , and I settled here in the mid 90's and rediscovered my sense of Gratitude and Enjoyment. Well I,m mostly retired now, traveling more, and have relocated in an old mining town in the Sierras; Time for change; new areas to explore. In Nature, I find that feeling of Peacefulness and Stillness. I hope...
